know on the hayward side there's fog. concord, livermore, napa, santa rosa. yesterday, it was the north bay. patchy fog but hazy and warm. mostly sunny. higher clouds. next rain, thursday, friday. next thursday, friday. although it's looking more like a colder system than a rainy system. we need the rain. if you thought where is the breeze, there has not been much. others in the east bay, have a pretty good offshore wind continuing. that for shom the offshore breeze is in place. that means the coast has really nice weather. temperatures on the lows are even warmer that morning than yesterday it will be sunny. mostly cloudy. there's some higher clouds. i think most of those day towards more central california. 30s for some. 49. redwood city, san rafael is at 41. livermore is 32. so some of those higher clouds to the south, the forecast model picks up on it a little bit. mainly about san jose south and then the fog will fall apart. there will be some but then it will go away. today, a challengey start. hazy sunshine. highs, 7 in clearlake. 70 in gilroy. sonoma is in there. st. helena warm

francisco, 52 in san jose. and 58 degrees now in santa rosa. huge dome of high pressure now off the coastline. this is all going to be sliding eastward and kicking that low out of the way. that means high pressure is going to nestle in over the next few days and we are going to be in the sweet spot toward the middle of this week. near seasonal temperatures for today maybe a couple of degrees above the average but toward the next few days moving well above the average in the afternoon hours, 60s in toward san jose. 59 mountain view. 54 breezy cool in pacifica. 50s and low 60s in toward the east bay. and as you make your way inside the bay today we'll find some sunshine and couple of high clouds and the temperatures in the 50s and the 60s. overnight lows, not going to be as chilly. no freezing temperatures overnight tonight. some 30s and some 40s outside under mostly clear skies. then as we look out over the next couple of days, we are expecting the temperatures to remain in -- well, looks like the mid-60s in through about the middle of the week

morning, san francisco, 46 for you and temperatures dropping in santa rosa. 43 san jose and 46 redwood city. along the monterey bay we are looking at 48 santa cruz and 49 monterey. here's the 15 degrees of cooling compared to 24 hours ago in napa. five degrees cooler downtown and even in the valley, livermore 9 degrees cooler and santa clara 8 degrees cooler. so you felt it last night, the dewpoints are cloweer. the sprinkles perhaps on the peninsula, san benito county and monterey as the trough sweeps through. it's also trying big 12 in the cool air. winds out of the northwest again today and the warmer air heads our way by the middle of the week. but today compliments of this area of low pressure, we've got some sierra snow flying, up to 6 inches in parts of the mountains. but with very little moisture in place it's not going to%squeeze out much. in fact, most of the moisture is running parallel along the coast. so cooler air in place and here's a look at our computer animation. that's about it. a few clouds around. maybe a sprinkle. taking you through the rest of the afternoon and y
